For the last 11 years, I have helped over 100 clients become the fittest version of themselves while enjoying their workouts and fixing injuries.

We schedule a quick 15 minute zoom meeting where I ask you about your goals, health and injury history, and answer all of your questions.
We set up a complementary 1 hour training session where you get to experience my training style.

My story
Hi! My name is Shamil, I go by Sam to make it easier on my American friends:) I was born in Dagestan, Russia, where people start wrestling around the same time they learn how to walk. I was not one of those people, but I did finally come to wrestling practice at an old age of 11, where I have gotten rag dolled and thrown around the room by every kid my age. I couldn’t keep up - I understood the techniques being taught, but I just wasn’t strong enough to compete.
At the age of 15, my family and I have emigrated to the United States to the capital of the world - New York City. We settled in Brooklyn and I became obsessed with martial arts and strength sports. I trained in hand-to-hand combat, soccer, judo, powerlifting, bodybuilding, boxing, Muay Thai, jiu jitsu, and MMA. After more than 20 years of training experience, and over 11 years of personal training experience, I was able to accumulate a great amount of theoretical knowledge and implement the most effective training protocols to help guide my clients into becoming the fittest version of themselves. I am thrilled to share my expertise with the world!
